What is Partnerships?
This a class offered at no cost to help participants learn how to care for a family member or friend with mental illness. NAMI Gulf Coast’s Partnerships class teaches family members how to manage their loved one’s mental illness. Focusing on boundary-setting, self-care, coping, communication, interacting with mental health providers, system navigation, promoting stability and minimizing crises.
If you would like information on various mental illnesses, resources in the area, coping skills, medications, and much more, we invite you to attend this intensive workshop.
